By creating an Account, accessing the Platform, or using any jiji7 service, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you are accessing jiji7 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms & Conditions, and that person meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.
To register and use the jiji7 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: jiji7 reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents at any time to verify your age and identity. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending resolution. Any winnings accrued on an Account found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in full.
To access real-money games on jiji7, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in the Philippines.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the jiji7 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. jiji7 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances or Bonuses associated therewith.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiji7 will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. You must notify jiji7 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
jiji7 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
jiji7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be supported. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. jiji7 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jiji7 Account. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Platform. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method and are provided as estimates only.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers on jiji7 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiji7 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied by jiji7.
jiji7 does not accept deposits or withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset. Credit card gambling deposits are also not accepted, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jiji7's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. jiji7 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or interruptions to your internet service.

All content on the jiji7 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jiji7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
Any unauthorized use of jiji7's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiji7 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
jiji7's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiji7 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jiji7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
jiji7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jiji7 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR, where required by law or as part of our anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jiji7 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus balances subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
jiji7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or any other reason jiji7 deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable law.
In cases of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jiji7 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including Real Money Balance, where permitted by applicable law.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to jiji7's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. jiji7 will endeavor to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) days of receipt of a formal complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through jiji7's internal process, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
jiji7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
